Start with what you want to achieve.

What are your current business and revenue goals?

These frame the One Pager. They are not tracked as events.

Acquisition: what counts as a completed sign up?

e.g. Email verified and profile created.

Activation: what is the aha moment, and within how many days of sign up?

e.g. Generates their first plan within 1 day.

Engagement: which key feature defines an active user? Daily or monthly?

e.g. Exports a plan, monthly.

Retention: what does 'still active' mean, after how many weeks?

e.g. Returns to update a plan within 4 weeks.

Does your app have more than one user type?

e.g. Buyer, Seller, Admin. Leave empty if just one.
